Born in Oregon, he moved to Idaho at a young age. He now lives in the Boise area with his 2 sons and Fiancée, and is outdoors more than indoors. They enjoy hiking, camping, hunting, power sports and exploring the beautiful state of Idaho and all that Boise has to offer.

Greg Kahla

Greg spent his childhood summers on the job site with his dad building custom homes. From conceptualization, ordering and planning, to inventory and labor management, Greg learned from a young age what was necessary to run a successful project.

A “Jack of all trades,” Greg has worked as a lifeguard, power tool salesman, sound engineer, IT support, customer service rep, wildland firefighter, and restaurant manager before he found his way into the corporate world, working in the HR department of a Fortune 100 company for over 5 years. Dissatisfied with the corporate grind, Greg returned to his childhood roots, dusted off his work boots, and headed back into the field armed with a tape and a square. Leveraging his customer service experience, Greg is able to ask the right questions to capture the customer’s vision and help to truly turn it into a reality.

After growing up in Southern Idaho Greg moved to Boise in 2007 to finish his schooling and has called the Treasure Valley home ever since. Greg now lives on the upper Bench with his wife and 2 dogs and is thrilled to be working in the beautiful Idaho outdoors once again. In his (limited) free time Greg plays shows with his band, Allegedly, enjoys an afternoon round of disc golf, or packs up the truck and heads to the mountains to get lost for several, or even many, days.
